Trust undertook following activities during FY 2023-24
1- Medical camps:
a) A special medical camp was held at Army special school TARANG, at their request. All special students were examined by doctors. Hemoglobin of all students was checked. Medicines were prescribed and given to the students.
b) Special medical camp was organised on the occasion of Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s Birthday at Community centre Gautam kund on 23rd November 2023. 82 patients took advantage of the camp. All were examined, wherever necessary tests were carried out and free medicines distributed.
c) At Nagesh Mandir Dharawali On 20 April23 on the occasion Aradhna Diwas of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. More than 200 persons mostly ladies took advantage of the camp. Free medicines were provided to all.
d) Ten regular monthly medical camps were held in 2023-24 . More than 450 patients were examined, treated and given free medication in these camps.
2 – Amrut Kalash (Monthly ration kits). More than 250 Amrut Kalash were distributed to about 26 families during 2023-24.
3- Home for PWDs/Elderly
a) Ganesh Bahadur an autistic PWD was found roaming around in Mohabewala industrial area. He was brought to the Ashram on 22/3/2023. He was treated for illness and later as his family was traced in Himachal Pradesh he was sent there on 18/6/2023.
b)- Sagar Panthri a person suffering from “Hemophilia Cystic fibrosis
Hetero taxi syndrome” disease was brought to Ashram on 03/12/2023. He was taken to Mahant Indresh Hospital and treated. His disability card was made and as his problem was beyond our scope, he was sent back to his home on 12/08/2024.
c) An elderly person Shri Harshvardhan Nawani was permitted to stay in Ashram for his long treatment, from December 2023 to March 2025.
d) Ravindra Singh an Autistic Person was admitted in the Ashram at the recommendation of SDM Ghat, Chamoli on 25/6/23.
e) Himanshu a hearing and speech impaired person was admitted in the Ashram on 15/6/23 at the recommendation of Village Head, ( Gram Pradhan)
f) Karan Singh an Autistic person was admitted in the Ashram on 7/6/23 at the recommendation of SDM Chamoli.
